The pliers are made from S70C carbon alloy steel with a high carbon content, providing durability. The Nickel Chrome plating gives the pliers a shiny finish while protecting against environmental corrosion.
The design of the pliers' joint utilizes DynamicJoint® technology, optimizing 20% of the force exerted by the user's hand onto the cutting blades, reducing hand fatigue and increasing cutting efficiency.
The handle is ergonomically designed to ensure maximum comfort for the user, minimizing strain on the wrist when using the pliers for extended periods.
The rubber handle is directly molded onto the pliers' body, creating a strong bond. The ends of the handle feature anti-slip ridges, protecting the fingers and making it easier to lift.
The handle can withstand a pulling force of 500N, preventing it from slipping off the pliers' body.
The Wiha 26714 belongs to Wiha's Professional electric plier's, and all pliers must be tested to meet the IEC 60900 insulation standard, ensuring user safety when working in electrical environments up to 1,000 V AC.
